Pyaterochka Expands Far East with Primorye Logistics Hub

Pyaterochka is enhancing its footprint in the Far East with the construction of new logistics facilities.
X5 Group will open a second distribution center in the Far East to supply goods to Pyaterochka stores. It will be located in Primorsky Krai and will deliver products to Vladivostok, Ussuriysk, Nakhodka, Artyom, Arsenyev, and other settlements, according to the press service of the Far East Development Corporation.
The corresponding agreement was signed back during the Eastern Economic Forum, and to receive all benefits, X5 has obtained resident status in the Advanced Development Territory (TOR) «Primorye».
The logistics complex is expected to include over 39,000 pallet spaces and be able to handle up to 187,000 boxes of goods. Also inside, there will not only be office spaces and equipped warehouse areas but also rest areas and a sports ground for staff.
The first distribution center of the chain in the Far East appeared back in November 2025. It opened in the village of Rakitnoye, Khabarovsk Krai, and supplies several regions at once: Khabarovsk and Primorsky krais, Amur and Jewish Autonomous Oblasts, and others.
The exact location of the new logistics center has not been specified yet, but it will begin operations in May 2027.
On December 11, 2025, we reported that the largest federal retailer Lenta formalized a strategic partnership with the Remi Group of Companies and entered the Far East market, becoming the owner of a controlling stake in one of the largest regional grocery supermarkets.
