Opening of 'Mussel Place' restaurant delayed again in Omsk

The opening of «Mussel Place» at Lenin Street, 9 in Omsk has been postponed to February. This was reported to NGS55.RU by Boris Melnik, director of development for street food restaurants. According to him, the start of operations was delayed again due to technical issues. However, the exact opening date has not yet been announced.
«We should open in February after all. There is no exact date yet. There are some technical issues that caused the delay. I can»t be more specific,« said Boris Melnik.
Originally, the restaurant was planned to open in May 2025. Then the deadlines were repeatedly postponed. In October, Boris Melnik said that renovation was underway in the building on Lenin Street.
«Mussel Place» operates in 86 cities, with 37 more locations planned to open in the regions. Its feature is a simple and affordable street food format. This means that there is no table reservation, orders are made quickly at the counter, dishes are prepared promptly and served in a convenient form.
