In Arkhangelsk, the Zolotitsa restaurant has been put up for sale. The listing appeared on the Avito website, where the establishment is being sold as a turnkey business with equipment. The asking price is 60 million rubles (approximately $600,000 at current rates).
Renovations were undertaken at the restaurant in 2023 during its revival phase.

The restaurant is located at 61 Troitsky Prospect. It reopened after a hiatus in 2023, when renovations were completed. However, it has been closed for the past six months; on July 12, 2025, a post about a temporary closure was made on its official VKontakte group.
In the listing description, the owner notes that the business is a resident of the Arctic Zone.
“Under the name Zolotitsa, the restaurant has been operating for over 30 years, so it is widely recognized. It is an excellent opportunity to invest in a promising business. We are also open to lease agreements with an option to buy the equipment, as it is new,” the listing states.
This is not the only establishment currently for sale in Arkhangelsk. Online listings are seeking new owners for the nightclub «Exclusive» and the cafe «Shokolad», which operates in the shopping mall «Europe Park.»
Another eatery on the market is the cafe-bar «Mindal». It also shut down in 2025.
Additionally, the restaurant «Paratov» has closed in the city; it was previously listed for sale for 100 million rubles (about $1,000,000 at current rates).
