Omsk Cheese Factory Property Sold for 44 Million Rubles

Information about the auction for the sale of property of LLC «TPK Molprodukt» from Odesa district, Omsk region, has been published on the Fedresurs portal. The enterprise is being sold as part of bankruptcy proceedings.
LLC «Trade and Industrial Company Molprodukt» was registered on 29 October 2008. The founder is Viktor Rudi. Konstantin Bogunov has been appointed as the bankruptcy trustee.
For 2024, the company«s revenue amounted to 29.8 million rubles (about $330,000 at current rates). However, it ended the year with a net loss of 3.3 million rubles (about $36,700 at current rates). In January 2026, the Arbitration Court of Omsk Region declared the company bankrupt.
The auction will take place on 4 September 2026 at 10:00 on the electronic platform Fabrikant. Applications will be accepted from 27 July to 31 August.
One lot is up for sale with a starting price of 44.1 million rubles (about $488,900 at current rates). It includes two land plots in the village of Pobochino (Odesa district, Omsk region) with a total area of over 8,500 square meters, a cheese factory building of 600 square meters, a part of a production building of the same area, and equipment for dairy production.
The future owner will receive a milk bottling line, pasteurizers, a homogenizer, separators, refrigeration units, cheese-making equipment, packaging machines, and laboratory equipment.
During the auction, participants can raise the price in increments of 2,206,250 rubles (about $24,500 at current rates). To participate, a deposit of 5% of the starting lot price is required, i.e., about 2.2 million rubles (about $24,400 at current rates).
In June, a former deputy of the Omsk City Council was also declared bankrupt.
