General Manager of the complex Alexandra Butueva stated that all restaurant venues are transitioning to the management of the holding company Life Easy Group. Its portfolio already includes projects such as The Center, AMMA, «Olive,» and «Milk.»

«In the near future, the restaurant »Cosmos« will undergo a phased update: of the hall, menu, and infrastructure for guests,» said Butueva. «The goal is to preserve the atmosphere and values that guests love about this place, while simultaneously making it more modern, comfortable, and interesting for family leisure.»

The establishment plans to reconstruct the children«s room and switch to buffet-style breakfasts, suitable for both family leisure and business meetings.

In the restaurant of the spa complex «Khvoya,» the concept with coniferous menu and healthy nutrition will be retained. The working format will be refined to improve dish quality and reduce serving time. The holding will implement its own dessert production and expand the dessert menu.

All restaurant venues of the hotel and spa complex will continue to operate in the updated format.
