New restaurant to open in Chelyabinsk hotel after Oliver's lease ends

The restaurant «Oliver. Cosmos» will operate at the Ibis Styles hotel on Lesoparkovaya Street in Chelyabinsk until 28 February, after which a new holding company will take over serving the hotel and spa complex«s customers. This was reported to 74.RU by the complex»s general manager Alexandra Butueva.

«All restaurant venues that provide food for hotel guests, the spa complex, and city residents are transitioning to the management of the Life Easy Group holding, which already successfully runs the projects The Center, AMMA, »Olive« and »Milk«,» said Alexandra Butueva. «In the near future, the Cosmos restaurant will undergo a phased renovation of the hall, menu, and guest infrastructure. The goal set by the holding»s management is to preserve the atmosphere and values that guests love about this place, while simultaneously making it more modern, comfortable, and interesting for family recreation.«
The establishment will see a reconstruction of the children«s room and an update of the breakfast menu in a buffet format — so that it suits both family and business meetings.
«The restaurant at the »Khvoya« spa complex will retain its existing concept with a thematic coniferous menu and a healthy food menu,» assured Alexandra Butueva. «At the same time, the operating format will be refined to improve the quality of dishes and reduce serving time. Particular attention will be paid to service standards, speed, and kitchen stability. Moreover, the holding will introduce its own dessert production, and the dessert menu will be expanded — both for restaurant venues and for hotel and spa complex guests.»
The hotel emphasized that all restaurant venues will continue to operate, just in an updated format.
