Legendary No Problem Bar in Krasnoyarsk for Sale
The bar has undergone ownership changes and operated intermittently since its establishment in 2013.
The «No Problem Bar» has been put up for sale in the center of Krasnoyarsk. The advertisement was published on the Telegram channel «Business Sale Krasnoyarsk» on February 3.
The price for the business is 1.5 million rubles (approximately $16,700 at current rates), with all property and equipment included. The establishment«s area is 220 square meters.
Since the summer, the establishment has been owned by Ilya Popelnyukhov, the owner of the bar «It»s Not About You« in central Krasnoyarsk (LLC »Panki«). He explained to NGS24.RU that he bought the establishment to expand his business, but his plans were disrupted by tax reform and an increase in VAT.
«The price is, of course, low. I set it like that to sell it faster. There are already purchase offers, but I»m not ready to talk about them yet,« said Popelnyukhov.
Previously, «No Problem Bar» was owned by Krasnoyarsk restaurateur Yevgeny Ponomarev («Panda and Goose»), but, according to Popelnyukhov, he left the city and now lives «in the south».
No Problem Bar opened in December 2013 and initially belonged to the group of businessman Oleg Rudovsky («Tobacco Calf», «Cinema and Germans», «Atypical Dumpling Shop» and others).
In the summer of 2023, part of the building housing the bar and the Magnit supermarket was sold for 150 million rubles (approximately $1.7 million at current rates).
According to 2GIS, there are nearly 170 bars in Krasnoyarsk: The Welcome Bar, Monkey Bar, «Spot», «Double Breath» and others.
