In Omsk, the Hygge recreation base is for sale, located in the Oktyabrsky District, in the SNT «Polet-10» (4th Alley). The asking price is 18.8 million rubles (approximately $197,900 at current rates). Information about this appeared on Avito. According to the listing, the price includes three cottages of 40 square meters each, built in 2022, 2023, and 2025, as well as an undeveloped plot, a utility room, a gazebo, a sauna, a pool, a barbecue area, and a laundry.

The reason for selling the recreation base is another project that the owner is currently working on. This was told to a correspondent from NGS55.RU by the owner of the property.

«There is another project that we are currently engaged in, and it cannot be moved to remote work so quickly,» he said.

According to the owner, he built all the houses himself, so he wants to pass the business to reliable hands. On average, constructing one building took three to four months. The recreation base has been operating for three years. The annual revenue from one cottage is about 250,000 rubles (approximately $2,600 at current rates).
