Four Industrial Parks Operating in Tyumen Region

The regional government announced the establishment of four industrial zones. Two were set up in 2016, and the other two in 2025.

The authorities of the Tyumen Region have disclosed the number of industrial parks created in the region. The data was provided by the government.
“At present, decisions have been made to create four industrial parks on the territory of the Tyumen Region. Two were adopted in 2016. These are the «Borovsky» area with 27.9 hectares and «Bogandinsky» with 267.9 hectares,” the government reported.
In 2025, the list was expanded with two more industrial zones. The documents established the «Moskovsky» park with an area of 71.75 hectares and «Roschino» with 15.6 hectares.
“There are plans to expand «Borovsky» by 1.9 hectares. On the territory of the operating parks, 21 residents are carrying out activities,” added the government.
Earlier it became known that a large logistics center will appear on the basis of the «Moskovsky» industrial park. The project involves investments of billions of rubles (equivalent to hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars at current rates) and the creation of new jobs.
