Starting March 1, changes regarding the use of foreign words in navigation, signs, plaques, and store names will come into effect in our country. The changes will also affect Omsk businesses. This was announced by the region«s governor Vitaly Khotsenko.

«Starting March 1, changes that directly affect the appearance of cities and municipalities will come into force in our country. We are talking about the use of foreign words in navigation, signs, plaques, and store names. I ask, first of all, the city mayor«s office, Yevgeny Viktorovich Fomin, the regional Ministry of Construction, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade to step up work with the business community. It is important that all outdoor advertising and signs are brought into compliance with federal requirements», — noted Khotsenko.
