Flagman supermarket in Omsk to be liquidated
The liquidation procedure for the Flagman supermarket in Omsk began several days ago.
In Omsk, the «Flagman» supermarket, located in the eponymous trade complex, is being liquidated. This information appeared on the «Fedresurs» website.
«It notifies about the liquidation of the Society in accordance with decision No. 4 of the sole participant of LLC »Supermarket «Flagman»« dated January 20, 2026,» it says on the website.
The procedure will take approximately a year. The liquidator is Irina Abushik.
According to data from «Kontur.Focus», the organization was established in April 2015. Since 2020, the company has not been operating: revenue and profit are absent according to documents. The sole owner is Natalya Basalay, and the director since September 2017 is Gennady Sushkov.
It was Sushkov who was involved in the construction of the 15-story trade complex building in 2006. Currently, he owns only «Flagman-Food», while Basalay is the owner not only of the non-operating supermarket but also of 50% of the «Flagman» hotel. She is also the director of «Flagman-Food».
In mid-January, it became known that in Omsk, the «Mosigra» board game store, located on Lenin Street, is closing.
