Doctor's company plans 40M-ruble medical center in Bashkiria

Another private medical center is set to be built in Bashkiria. The project is planned for the Chishmy district, with construction costs exceeding 40 million rubles (approximately $400,000 at current rates). Here«s a look at who is undertaking the project.

The government of Bashkiria reviewed the medical center project in Chishmy from LLC «Garmonia». According to the organization«s estimates, it will cost 44.3 million rubles (about $443,000). The company will invest 28.7 million rubles (about $287,000) of its own funds, but the source of the remainder is not specified.

Construction and launch are expected to take five years. This will create 13 new jobs. The project has been included in the priority list, meaning that land will be sought for it to be allocated without auctions.

According to Kontur.Focus, the director and sole owner of LLC «Garmonia» is Albina Likhman. Per data from ProDoctors, she is an endocrinologist with 17 years of experience, who graduated from Bashkir State Medical University (BGMU) in 2009 with a specialty in General Medicine.

In 2018, she registered a sole proprietorship for a general medical practice, but closed it two years later, replacing it with an LLC.

Revenue for 2024 was 6.4 million rubles (approximately $64,000), with a net profit of 311,000 rubles (about $3,100). According to online cash register data from Kontur.Focus, revenue in 2025 reached 9.8 million rubles (around $98,000).

Recall that in 2025, the head of Bashkiria transferred land to private clinics without auctions, allocating 2,300 square meters in the republic. One project in Baymak received 535 square meters, with investments totaling 67 million rubles (approximately $670,000).
