Court reveals reason for bankruptcy claim against Krasnoyarsk restaurateur
A bank has filed a bankruptcy claim against restaurateur Alexander Mitrakov because he was a guarantor for a loan to his Moscow company «Sky». Details of the claim were revealed by the press service of the Krasnoyarsk Krai Arbitration Court.
According to the claim, «Sky» has two open credit lines: one for 9.7 million rubles (~$108,000 at current rates) at 32.43% per annum and another for 9.6 million rubles (~$107,000) at 30.19%. According to the plaintiff, the company has been in default on payments since September 26, 2025, i.e., for more than three months. The principal debt amounts to 21.19 million rubles (~$236,000), and the penalty is 160.7 thousand rubles (~$1,800). Alexander Mitrakov is the guarantor under these loan agreements.
Mitrakov himself previously told NGS24.RU that legal claims against him arose due to the debt of the company «Sky». According to him, negotiations are underway with the bank regarding restructuring and transferring the loan to the restaurateur«s other legal entities. He added that this will not affect the operation of the restaurants in the 0.75 group.
The press service of Sberbank (the plaintiff), in turn, told NGS24.RU that «regarding the settlement of the problem debt, the bank acts in accordance with the legislation».
The court will decide whether to accept the claim for proceedings within five working days (it was filed on January 16).
According to SPARK-Interfax, the company «Sky» was registered in 2022 on Malaya Nikitskaya Street in Moscow. It is still listed as active. The domain for the wine restaurant «Vinovniki Sky» (The Guilty Ones Sky) in the Azimut Hotel was registered to the firm. This establishment closed—and, evidently, into its premises from Patriarch«s Ponds, Mitrakov»s Moscow restaurant 0.75 moved in July 2025.
The 0.75 group includes cafes and restaurants Mike&Molly, 0.75, Please, Sibiryaki, Jil, the confectionery «12 Sloyev» (12 Layers), and other projects. In the NGS24.RU ranking of Krasnoyarsk restaurant groups with the highest revenue for 2024, 0.75 took seventh place, rising four points over the year. According to the editorial board«s calculations, all legal entities of the group generated 331 million rubles (~$3.7 million) in revenue with a net profit of 16.1 million (~$180,000) (compared to a loss the year before). There is no data yet for 2025.
In early January, 0.75 Group closed its Sea You Soon corner in the Artel food market, selling the spot to the Bellini group. And in December, they also sold a branch of the «12 Sloyev» confectionery on Teatralnaya Square (the location on Vzletka remains).
