Closed Greek grill-bar in Krasnoyarsk center up for sale

In the center of Krasnoyarsk, the Greek cuisine establishment Gyros Pub has been put up for sale; it operated in the «Avenue» shopping center.

The grill-bar is located on the first floor and occupies an area of 350 square meters with 80 seats. The advertisement specifies that the interior can be transformed to fit any concept. The business is being sold in full — with furniture, inventory, and kitchen equipment. It is stated that the average monthly turnover starts from 3.7 million rubles (approximately $41,000 at current rates).

The head of the business sales agency, Nikita Chudinov, clarified to NGS24.RU that the establishment is being sold for five million rubles (approximately $55,000 at current rates, the residual value of the equipment), and 12 million rubles (approximately $133,000 at current rates) had been invested in it. According to him, the business was put up for sale because it was not profitable.

Currently, according to 2GIS, the location is closed. In mid-December, the bar«s Telegram channel wrote that they were going for renovations:

“We unexpectedly reached a stage of important changes — and decided not to postpone. Gyros Pub is entering a stage of renovation and light rebranding.”

The grill-bar opened in April 2025. According to NGS24.RU, the establishment in the «Avenue» shopping center was handled by the company «Gyros Pub» and individual entrepreneur Artem Korelin (owner of «Sibstal Group»). «Gyros Pub», according to «Kontur.Focus», incurred a loss of 5.7 million rubles (approximately $63,000 at current rates) in 2024 (for 2025, information is not yet available). The company is owned and managed by Mikhail Venger.
