Bashkiria to Build 49-Million-Ruble Tourist Base

The plan to develop a tourist base for 49 million rubles (approximately $490,000 at current exchange rates) has been included in the list of priority investment projects of Bashkiria. This was reported by the Development Corporation of Bashkiria (KRB). The complex is planned to be built in the Burzyansky District.

The project author is the company Sensiya. Its owner and director Dmitry Kudryavtsev registered the firm just over a year ago in Ufa«s Chesnokovka. Prior to that, Kudryavtsev was listed in the Kontur.Focus database as an individual entrepreneur. He plans to build a tourist base in the Burzyansky District with 13 houses, gazebos, rental points, and camping areas.

«The Burzyansky District is valued by tourists for its picturesque views and the opportunity to reconnect with nature. But for many, the availability of comfortable infrastructure with all amenities is also important,» noted the head of the Development Corporation of Bashkiria, Nail Gabbasov.

The project was presented and received approval from the head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov. The initiators assured that the requested land plot complies with environmental and urban planning laws. The local district administration has also coordinated conditions for arranging access to the tourist facilities. The KRB noted that Kudryavtsev and his Sensiya can qualify for a land lease without bidding.

Construction of similar complexes is also planned in other districts of Bashkiria. In particular, land was allocated for one of them near a village in the republic«s Arkhangelsk District, next to which the Inzer River flows. More details here.
