A bank has filed a bankruptcy lawsuit against Krasnoyarsk restaurateur Alexander Mitrakov, founder of 0.75 Group. The information was published on the website of arbitration courts.
According to the case file, the bank is demanding 21.3 million rubles from Mitrakov (about $237,000 at current rates). No other details are available in the file yet. The application was filed on January 16 and has not yet been accepted for proceedings (they have up to five working days for this).

Alexander Mitrakov told NGS24.RU that the lawsuit was news to him and he learned about it from the media.
«We started looking into what it was. It turned out that it»s a loan from one of my Moscow companies, Sky LLC,« Mitrakov explained. »We were in negotiations with the bank to restructure this loan and transfer it to other legal entities, since the company has ceased operations. Why they filed the application against me as an individual, I don«t know. Naturally, we will annul this application.»
According to Alexander, this will not affect the operation of the group«s restaurants.
NGS24.RU requested a comment from Sberbank«s press service. »Regarding the settlement of problematic debt, the bank acts in accordance with the legislation,« they responded.
According to SPARK-Interfax, the company Sky was registered in 2022 on Malaya Nikitskaya Street in Moscow. It is still listed as active. The domain for the wine restaurant «Vinovniki Sky» in the Azimut Hotel was registered to the firm. This establishment closed — and, apparently, it was precisely into its premises from Patriarch«s Ponds that Mitrakov»s Moscow restaurant 0.75 moved in July 2025.
The 0.75 group includes cafes and restaurants such as Mike&Molly, 0.75, Please, Sibiryaki, Jil, the confectionery «12 Layers,» and other projects. In the NGS24.RU rating of Krasnoyarsk restaurant groups with the highest revenue for 2024, 0.75 took seventh place, rising four points in a year. According to editorial calculations, all the group«s legal entities earned 331 million rubles (about $3.67 million at current rates) with a net profit of 16.1 million rubles (about $179,000) (compared to a loss the year before). Data for 2025 is not yet available.
In early January, 0.75 Group closed its Sea You Soon corner in the Artel food market, selling the spot to the Bellini group. Also in December, they sold a branch of the «12 Layers» confectionery on Teatralnaya Square (the location on Vzletka remains).
