Avito Reports Order Pick-Up Points Sales Double in Chita

Analysts from Avito Business 360 have summarized preliminary results for 2025, studying demand and supply in the «franchises» and «ready-made business» categories in Chita and tracking year-over-year dynamics. Thus, demand for franchises in beauty and health and rental sectors grew most noticeably; for ready-made business, demand increased most strongly in IT and agriculture sectors over the year, while in terms of supply volume in ready-made business, order pick-up points and tourism business lead. Ready-Made Business
The overall level of demand for ready-made business in 2025 decreased by 10% — in conditions of high key interest rate, entrepreneurs were less active in investing in new ventures. However, in some categories, active growth is still observed. Thus, over the year, demand for business in IT (+55%) and agriculture (+47%) sectors grew.
By share of demand, business in the trade sector leads (20%). It is followed by enterprises in the food service sector with a share of almost 20%. In third place are order pick-up points (12%). The top 5 also includes businesses in beauty and health (10%), as well as enterprises in the IT sector (9%).
The biggest growth in offers for ready-made business was shown by order pick-up points (x2 times) and tourism business (+46%). By volume of offers, business in the trade sector leads (29%), food service (16%), and IT (10%). Also in the top five are enterprises in the production sector (10%) and services (9%).
Franchises
According to the results of 2025 in Chita, demand for franchises in the beauty and health sector grew most noticeably — 3.5 times over the year. Another bright trend is franchises in the rental sector: demand for them grew one and a half times over the year.
The largest share of demand fell on franchises in the trade sector (35%). In second place is the food service sector (16%). Next are franchises in the services sector (14%). Also in the top five are the production sector (14%) and beauty and health (10%).
By volume of supply in franchises, the trade sector also leads (34%). Next is the services sector with a share of 22%. In third place is the food service sector with a share of 18%. The beauty and health sector accounted for 9%, and the IT sector for 7%.
