Fuel prices have increased significantly over the year in Vladivostok — by 10 to 12 rubles ($0 at current rates) for AI-95 and by 9-11 rubles ($0 at current rates) for AI-92. Prices rose by 10 rubles ($0 at current rates) at the Far Eastern chain NNK, and by 12 rubles ($0 at current rates) at Benzo and Ussuri.

There was a huge spike during the fuel crisis, when in Primorsky Krai and several other regions of the Far East, kilometer-long queues formed at gas stations, and fuel was sold no more than 40 liters per person.

At Benzo, the price dropped by 2 rubles ($0 at current rates). But the cheapest point remains the More gas station in the Rudnevsky Bridge area.

We detailed how fuel prices rose in this article, and our colleagues learned about what will happen to prices in 2026 here.

According to RIA Rating, in December 2025, Primorsky Krai entered the top 10 Russian regions with the highest prices for AI-92 gasoline, taking eighth place with an average cost of 69.73 rubles per liter ($1 at current rates). Most regions in this list are in the Far East. Kamchatka Krai became the leader, followed by Sakhalin Oblast, and Magadan Oblast rounds out the top three.

Primorsky Krai ranks fourth in this indicator: fuel prices have increased by 18% over the past year. Experts also calculated how much gasoline can be bought with the average salary in Primorsky Krai. It turned out that with the average salary, one can buy 1,180 liters of gasoline, which placed the region 29th among all federal subjects.
