According to the service Yandex.Traffic, heavy traffic jams formed on the following sections:
- Bolshaya and Malaya Morskaya Streets
- Gorokhovaya Street
- Palace Drive towards Nevsky Prospect
- Yakubovich Street in the direction of St. Isaac«s Cathedral
