In the Vyborgsky District of Leningrad Oblast, work has begun on the A-181 Scandinavia highway for major repairs, requiring the introduction of temporary restrictions.
Until February 28, on the «Magistralnaya» section from kilometer 0 to 9, near Ogonyki and Podgornoye, reversible traffic regulated by traffic lights is in effect. As reported on February 4 by the press service of FKU Upravdor «Severo-Zapad» (Federal Road Agency «North-West»), the speed limit on this stretch is 40 km/h.
As part of the first stage of repairs, specialists are preparing the right-of-way and rearranging utility lines that cross the highway. Drivers are advised to plan their routes in advance, taking into account the new traffic conditions.
