Interestingly, almost all regions in the list are from the Far East. In first place is Kamchatka Krai (80.10 rubles, about $1), in second — Sakhalin Oblast (79.98 rubles, about $1), and in third — Magadan Oblast (77.48 rubles, about $1).

The only regions not part of the Far Eastern Federal District are the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol. They took 7th and 9th places with gasoline prices of 69.81 and 69.37 rubles (about $1 each) respectively. Closing the list is the Jewish Autonomous Oblast, where the price of AI-92 was 69.35 rubles (about $1). Meanwhile, the national average gasoline price is 61.39 rubles (about $1).

The rate of gasoline price increase is also concerning — Primorye ranked 4th in this indicator with an 18.0% rise over the year. Only the Altai Republic (+21.9%), Zabaykalsky Krai (+23.4%), and the Republic of Dagestan (+24.2%) were higher. On average, gasoline prices increased by 11.3%.
