Porsche Cayenne leads car price drop in Yekaterinburg

Car prices have dropped in Sverdlovsk Oblast. The price changes have affected both domestic models and foreign cars.

According to experts from Avto.ru, by the end of 2025, the average price of a used passenger car in the region decreased by 4.9% to 1.48 million rubles (about $16,300 at current rates).

The luxury Porsche Cayenne saw the biggest drop: its price plummeted by 24.4% to 8.53 million rubles (about $93,800). In second place was the Hyundai Getz (−24.3%; 484,000 rubles or about $5,300), and the SsangYong Kyron completed the top three with a 21.1% drop to 884,000 rubles (about $9,700).

Experts say that at the federal level, the price of domestic cars fell by 5% to 686,000 rubles (about $7,500). Chinese cars are becoming more noticeable on the secondary market: by the end of 2025, their share reached 7%, and the average price decreased by 8% to 2 million rubles (about $22,000).
