Gasoline rises at several Vladivostok gas stations

Over the past weekend, gasoline prices rose at NNK and Octant in Vladivostok. The increase ranged from 90 kopecks ($0) to 4 rubles ($0), less than last week«s rise.

Last week, gasoline returned to Benzo gas stations after a week-long outage. Despite residents« expectations that the price per liter would quickly catch up with other stations, Benzo has kept its price.

The cheapest fuel is at More and Transneft, where prices are even lower than at NNK. There are no queues, and no supply issues. As before, NNK, Benzo, and Octant still refuse to sell fuel in canisters, while other stations are ready to dispense into suitable containers.

Against the backdrop of rising gasoline prices in Primorye, people have started buying used electric cars. The most popular is a budget Leaf up to 1 million rubles ($10,500). But Primorye has the calmest situation — no queues and fuel is sold everywhere. For example, in Khabarovsk it«s a bit worse: a taxi driver from Vladivostok showed a queue at a gas station in the village of Vanino. He stood there all night. While waiting, he managed to go get coffee in another car and return, but his place in line did not advance.

Recently, a Primorye resident showed the price of gasoline in Mongolia. Despite the fact that the country is almost entirely dependent on Russian supplies, the price per liter of AI-92 there does not exceed 55 rubles ($1).

The latest price increase in Primorye was on July 15, when NNK raised prices by 90 kopecks ($0). And it all started in mid-July when residents of Primorye also reported new restrictions at some gas stations. On social media, motorists said that NNK, Octant, Benzo, and some private stations refuse to sell fuel in canisters, and the price of AI-95 is rapidly approaching 100 rubles per liter.
