Anastasia, a resident of Novosibirsk, found a homeless cat at Krasnoobsk cemetery that is missing half its tail. Now, they are looking for a home for the animal.

A post about the search for new owners was published in the «Na ObГЭСе (Novosibirsk)» group on VKontakte. In a conversation with NGS, Anastasia said that she went with her sister to the cemetery to visit their father«s grave. As soon as they entered the territory, a cat ran out to them. The Siberian woman assumes that it heard a human voice and therefore decided to approach. The girl notes that the beast was dirty and matted.

«I removed dry birch leaves from its tail. We had food with us, and we brought it some sausages. The cat was terribly hungry,» says Anastasia.

She and her sister fed the animal and went to the grave. But the cat ran to them, started rubbing against their legs. The girls took pity on it and took it home.

According to her, the cat is very affectionate, not picky about food, and it is missing half its tail. The girl suggested that the pet either froze it off in winter or someone broke it.

«He»s just like a real Siberian cat, as if from a fairy tale,« the girl shared.

However, the cat did not get along with the cat that lives with the Siberian woman, because of which Anastasia cannot keep it. Her sister also has two pets and cannot take this one either.

«I would gladly keep him myself, he is incredibly affectionate, but the problem is with the cat. Yesterday he was lying with me on the sofa, she approached and the cat attacked her. It»s unlikely they will get along. I worry about that,« the interviewee said.

Now, they are looking for a new home for the cat.

Last week in Akademgorodok, they rescued a cat named Kuzya who had left home two months ago. The pet was sitting behind a metal grate, and emergency services (EMERCOM) were called to the scene to unscrew it. The rescue operation was caught on video.
