«Someone (it’s hard to call him a person) began beating his Labrador with a chain in the apartment. Whining and screaming were heard throughout the entrance. Neighbors rushed out… Then he dragged the dog to the landing, into the stairwell, where he beat the poor animal, the entire landing was covered in blood… Then he dragged it outside, where he finished it off… The erratic man was stopped by a police squad called by witnesses,» the publication says.
