VOR Microbus Parked on Sidewalk Again
Less than a month after a previous violation, the driver has again parked a microbus on a sidewalk.

On Thursday, January 29, a Ford Transit microbus with license plates «B 516 OR» was left on the sidewalk at the entrance to the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region.
The vehicle was seen in central Chelyabinsk near the Arbitration Court building.

Just two weeks earlier, the same driver had been held accountable for parking on the sidewalk near a neighboring building on Vorovsky Street, which houses the Department of Architectural and Urban Planning Design and other organizations.
The author of the photo, taken by an eyewitness, stated: «Again the same car that you wrote about earlier. Apparently, the preventive conversation and the fine did not help.»
Information about the new violation has been sent to the traffic police, who promised to find and punish the driver. Previously, the 51-year-old man had already been fined for a similar offense.
In Chelyabinsk, cases of improper parking by cars with special license plates are often recorded. For example, in December of last year, the driver of the region«s children»s rights commissioner, Yevgenia Mayorova, was summoned to the traffic police for explanations and fined one thousand rubles (approximately $11 at current rates).
