Yekaterina Mizulina, head of the Safe Internet League, published a complaint from a woman whose son was spat in the face by the driver of minibus route 1212k in the Krasnogorsk urban district. According to the local resident, the child asked several times to stop at the bus stop while the driver was recording voice messages, and he reacted aggressively.

She claims that it all happened at the Sanatorium bus stop near the village of Otradnoye. Mizulina writes in her Telegram channel that the woman filed a police report, but the carrier Mostransavto told MSK1.RU that neither law enforcement nor the victims themselves had contacted them.

“The carrier conducted an internal investigation into this report. During which the driver did not confirm the fact,” the press service notified.

Route 1212k has already been in the news due to a scandal. In October, a minibus driver reached under a nine-year-old girl«s jacket — he was arrested and charged with sexual assault (clause “b” part 4 article 132 of the Criminal Code).

The suspect was detained while attempting to flee Russia. If his guilt is proven, the man faces up to 20 years in prison. According to local residents, the driver may have already harassed children.
