At Roshchino Airport in Tyumen, there was a delay of flight ZF 2559 operated by Azur Air, heading to the Vietnamese city of Cam Ranh. According to the initial schedule, the departure was supposed to be on January 30 at 21:25, but it was rescheduled to 04:10 on January 31.
According to information from one of the passengers, the cause of the delay could be technical malfunctions of the aircraft. He said, «The problem is with the plane. Apparently, it was under repair for two days, they took a long time. The delay is cascading: Moscow — Nha Trang, Nha Trang — Tyumen, Tyumen — Nha Trang. Their planes are breaking down, so we wait.»
The airport information service confirmed that the cause was the delayed arrival of the aircraft.
Earlier, several major Russian airlines, including Aeroflot, Pobeda, and Nordwind, reported a large-scale technical failure. It was related to malfunctions in the Leonardo booking and ticket sales system, developed by the company Sirena-Travel.
