Every year on January 25, every Tatiana in Russia becomes the heroine of the day. But in Yekaterinburg, there is one lady with this name who is constantly in the spotlight—this is Tatiana Savinova, deputy governor and health minister of the Sverdlovsk region. On this festive day, E1.RU decided to compile a selection of five outfits of this media-savvy official.
She rarely wears black, typically opting for brighter clothing and always accessorizing her outfits appropriately.
It turns out that Tatiana Leonidovna«s wardrobe is full of interesting items. We studied their prices and discussed the looks with stylists. We tell you how much the outfits cost and who they would suit.
This jacket features a similar check pattern and sleeve patch, but it is a replica rather than an original product.
Outfit with a Burberry jacket
The MIU MIU logo on the T-shirt is embroidered with rhinestones, raising suspicions about its authenticity among experts.
In April last year, Tatiana Savinova visited the site of the future children«s clinic DGBK No. 9 in Yekaterinburg. For the event, she wore corduroy pants and a black down jacket with a patch on the sleeve. This is the logo of the premium brand Burberry. Other signature elements are visible on the inside of the hood: at the collar, there are inserts with the recognizable beige check pattern. The official completed the look with a construction helmet—a mandatory element while walking around a construction site.
It is unclear whether Savinova uses a stylist or selects her clothing independently for public appearances.
Burberry is a British manufacturer of luxury clothing, accessories, and perfume. The recognizable element is the check pattern, which uses red, black, white, and sand colors. In 1955, the fashion house became the official supplier to the English queen, and later to His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales.
The same blazer was sold on Wildberries, likely imported from China at a lower cost than original brands.
Similar models are sold on the Oskelly website for 190,000 and 125,000 rubles (approximately $1,900 and $1,250 at current rates). Note that these are not identical jackets, but only very similar ones among this brand«s models. It is quite possible that Tatiana Savinova bought this item several years ago, and therefore it is no longer available in exact same form.
Experts identified the tweed jacket by its distinctive pattern near the zipper during their analysis.
However, we found an identical model of the jacket on another website that sells not original products but their exact copies. The replica costs much less— only 35,000 rubles (approximately $350). Even cheaper ones can be ordered from China through marketplaces. It is difficult to determine whether Tatiana bought a counterfeit or an original that is no longer produced. Even a professional stylist could not help us figure this out.
Stylists believe that colorful suits complement Savinova«s contrasting appearance and official position well.
Outfit with a MIU MIU T-shirt
The skirt«s exact price remains unknown since the suit was released in 2021 and is now discontinued.
At the international women«s forum at the end of May 2025, Tatiana Savinova appeared in a T-shirt with the inscription MIU MIU. This is the logo of the Italian high-fashion brand of women»s clothing and accessories, owned by the company Prada. That day, the minister also wore a suit vest and gold accessories.
Garmin watches are popular among athletes for their advanced GPS tracking and fitness monitoring features.
We again could not find the exact same T-shirt from the original brand. On the same Oskelly website, we found a similar one, but without a bow. It costs 39,000 rubles (approximately $390). An identical T-shirt, like the one on the minister, is available on marketplaces, but it is a counterfeit, and it costs around 2,000 rubles (approximately $20). Possibly, sellers copied a limited-edition brand item that is no longer sold. Or perhaps Tatiana Savinova orders clothes on marketplaces, like ordinary people who cannot afford luxury.
Outfit with flowers on the neck
If we cannot assert anything about the T-shirt and jacket, we can confidently tell about the blazer in which Tatiana Savinova traveled to children«s camps in the Sverdlovsk region: it was ordered on a marketplace. Such items are no longer in stock, but its last price was recorded: 5,800 rubles (approximately $58).
Tatiana Leonidovna complemented her look with a bright necklace with flowers and burgundy sneakers. We could not find exactly the same ones, but we know that the minister sometimes wears the Ash brand. It is quite likely that this pair was also bought there. On average, they cost about 15,000–25,000 rubles (approximately $150–250).
Outfit with a black jacket
During the announcement of the competition for the post of head of the regional veterans« war hospital, Tatiana Savinova was in a tweed black suit. Thanks to the unusual pattern near the zipper, we managed to identify the model. This is an item from Caterina Leman, a Swiss brand of women»s clothing in an elegant urban style. In Yekaterinburg, there is a store of this brand in «Greenwich».
Previously, such a jacket cost 60,000 rubles (approximately $600). Now it can be purchased for 18,000 rubles (approximately $180) with a discount. The skirt from the suit will be cheaper— only 9,000 rubles (approximately $90). And before the markdown, it was sold for 32,000 rubles (approximately $320). The models were developed in Switzerland, and the fabric composition is almost half viscose and cotton.
Outfit with a coral jacket
One of the few suits in which Tatiana Savinova appeared in public more than once was also bought at Caterina Leman. This is a textured coral viscose set from the 2021 collection.
The skirt can no longer be found on online platforms, but the jacket is still available. A discount is currently applied to it, and it can be purchased for 17,000 rubles (approximately $170). Before the promotion, it cost 41,000 rubles (approximately $410).
In the same photo, you can notice an electronic dial watch on the minister«s wrist. She appears in them at all events and does not change them for other accessories. This is the Garmin brand, which is especially valued by runners and athletes. These watches count calories, analyze training effectiveness, and synchronize with a computer to create personal programs.
The same ones as the minister«s can be found on marketplaces for 36,000 rubles (approximately $360). The description states that the devices are equipped with an AMOLED display. More than 25 pre-installed training modes are available. There are functions for tracking heart rate and blood oxygen levels.
Style assessment of the outfits by a stylist
We decided to show Tatiana Savinova«s outfits to a professional stylist. Expert in fashion and beauty Anna Skorina said that the minister knows how to choose clothes according to her status, and it is far from just about brands.
«She is a bright brunette, she has a contrasting appearance, which allows her to wear complex outfits and colors. She has a dramatic type of appearance. Such an outfit, like with the coral jacket, well corresponds to her status and position. In general, Tatiana Leonidovna looks status-appropriate and impressive, her outfits match her type,» the stylist believes.
We also asked the expert to help us determine the originality of the brands, but even she did not have a definitive answer. Judging only by appearance, it could equally be a counterfeit or an original from an old collection.
Among all officials, Tatiana Savinova does not have the most expensive wardrobe, even, one could say, modest. For example, the head of «Uralupravtodor» Andrei Zhukov was noticed at a meeting on cleaning federal highways in watches from the Swiss manufacturer Zenith. Currently, such watches can be ordered for a cost from 671,000 to 937,000 rubles (approximately $6,700 to $9,400).
