In an episode of the show «DNA» (16+) on NTV, the biological father of the one-year-old son of Irina Kurbatova from Krasnoye Pole village in the Chelyabinsk region was identified. She is raising the child alone and needs support but was unsure which former partner to approach.
Vitaly Shamsutdinov expressed disbelief in being the father, accusing Irina of infidelity during the show.

Her former suitor Vitaly Shamsutdinov was invited to the studio. He expressed doubts about his paternity, alleging infidelity. «Irina cheated. She cheated with a coworker from the store, a loader,» explained Vitaly.
Kurbatova denied that the loader could be the father and suggested it might be another ex-boyfriend, Andrei, who later died during the special military operation. «I came to this program for help to find out who my child»s father is. When I started dating Vitalik, my old boyfriend Andrei reappeared,« she said.
The DNA test on the show revealed a 99.9% probability of relation between Andrei and Irina«s son. Initially, the man refused to pay alimony on air, but after the results, he promised assistance. A lawyer on the show offered to help file a paternity suit if Vitaly does not do so voluntarily.
