Bodybuilder from Yekaterinburg in Scandal Over 'Let's Get Married!' Show
The Yekaterinburg trainer shared behind-the-scenes details of the television program.
Sergey Bursin, a 31-year-old trainer from Yekaterinburg, became a participant in the show «Let«s Get Married!» on Channel One. He joined the project to find love, but everything went off plan.
The show«s editors decided to add fuel to the fire and, without Sergey»s knowledge, invited his ex-wife to the studio. He revealed this in his blog and shared details with E1.RU.
«I was interested in talking with the hosts, and I«m open to new acquaintances. The editors promised me sensible, beautiful candidates that match my requests. I didn»t see anything wrong. Also, the editors asked for dirt on my ex-wife—videos of her drunk, where the child doesn«t want to go to her. I forbade them from speaking badly and showing such things. They wanted to create a big scandal,» Sergey explained.
Sergey became the main character of the program—three girls came to fight for his heart. During the participants« flirting, his ex-wife burst into the studio.
«When they started preparing gifts in the form of slow dances, the ex-wife ran out and threw a tantrum in front of Larisa Guzeeva. The audience and hosts were in shock. The candidate girls were a bit shocked and scared by her behavior, thinking that I wouldn«t be left alone,» he shared.
Sergey seated his ex-wife next to him so she could help choose a new wife.
The Yekaterinburg resident was upset that the search for a soulmate turned into a topic of divorce. At the same time, he decided not to express his dissatisfaction to the program«s editor: «It was very difficult for me to get to know the girls, to dance. And I didn»t even take their contacts. But the girls turned out to be really sensible. They all wrote me words of gratitude that same evening. They admitted that they were really frightened by the presence of the ex.»
The controversial episode of the show is scheduled for broadcast in November.
Earlier, 40-year-old businessman Denis from Yekaterinburg participated in the «Let«s Get Married!» show. He came to find his love for the second time. Also, 25-year-old Ural plus-size model Anastasia Svetlyakova took part in the project.
