St. Petersburg Company Ranks in Top Ten for Construction

Based on data from the YRZ.RF rating at the beginning of 2026, the LSR Group entered the top ten largest developers in the country by the indicator of current housing construction. The St. Petersburg company placed ninth, with projects under construction totaling 1.39 million square meters.

First place in the rating belongs to the Moscow-based GC Samolet, which is constructing 4.7 million square meters of housing across 61 residential complexes located in 16 regions. Second position is held by another capital group — GC PIK with a volume of 4.1 million square meters (75 residential complexes in 14 regions). Rounding out the top three is the company DOGMA from Krasnodar Krai with 2.4 million square meters of housing under construction in 12 residential complexes across five regions.

In the top ten of the rating, besides developers from Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Krasnodar Krai, companies representing Stavropol Krai, Sverdlovsk Oblast, and Tyumen Oblast also entered.
