SVO Participants in Sverdlovsk Oblast to Receive Higher Payments

SVO participants from Sverdlovsk Oblast will receive more. The one-time payment for Sverdlovsk fighters has been increased by 200,000 rubles ($2,000 at current rates). It will amount to 2.7 million rubles ($27,000 at current rates). This is on the order of Governor Denis Pasler.
Additionally, fighters receive a federal payment from the Ministry of Defense — 400,000 rubles ($4,000 at current rates). In total, they will receive 3.1 million rubles ($31,000 at current rates) upon signing a contract.
Relatives of Sverdlovsk residents participating in the special operation will continue to receive a one-time payment of 20,000 rubles ($200 at current rates) per family, as well as a similar amount for each of the serviceman«s children.

The governor«s information policy department reminded about support measures for families of SVO participants: they are entitled to preferential gasification of residential houses, deferral of rental payments and termination of lease agreements without penalties, free recreation for children in health camps on the Black Sea coast, and free meals in schools and colleges.
