Russian Government Praises Zabaykalsky Krai for Fulfilling State Programs
Zabaykalsky Krai was among the leaders in fulfilling state programs based on the results of 2025. This was stated on 30 January in the Telegram channel of the Russian government.
The meeting of the presidium of the government commission on regional development was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin. Participants of the headquarters summed up the results of 2025 and discussed key tasks for the current year.
According to the message, «Based on the results of 2025, the leading regions in fulfilling key indicators of state programs were the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Buryatia, North Ossetia–Alania, Tatarstan, Zabaykalsky Krai, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, and Ryazan Oblast.»
According to Khusnullin, overall, 2025 was completed very commendably: «I express gratitude to the Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Finance, all federal executive bodies, governors, and regional teams. Construction remains an important industry for economic growth, forming on average about 15.8% of tax revenues and incomes of regional budgets. At the same time, a number of regions have indicators above 20%. I note that, according to preliminary data, last year we managed to achieve the best results in the entire modern history of the country in the commissioning of residential and non-residential real estate.»
Thus, the largest housing commissioning was noted in Moscow Oblast — 12.5 million square meters, Moscow — 7.4 million, Krasnodar Krai — 6.2 million, Leningrad Oblast — 4.2 million, Republic of Tatarstan — 3.5 million.
Earlier, the Ministry of Construction of Zabaykalsky Krai reported that over 11 months of 2025, 372.4 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the krai, which was 16% less than in 2024.
