Analysts from the Russian job search and recruitment platform HeadHunter have summarized the results of the annual ranking of the country«s best employers. The top ten include companies from various industries — from manufacturing and IT to the financial sector and retail.

The employer ranking is formed based on a comprehensive assessment. Experts take into account the opinion of the HR community, employee loyalty levels (eNPS), as well as evaluations from job seekers on the platform. This approach allows for comparing not only formal indicators but also the actual perception of companies within and outside their teams.

In the overall ranking, the retail chain Pyaterochka took ninth place. Compared to last year, the company rose by 14 positions. In the industry category «Retail,» the company came in second.

Analysts note that among the factors influencing the high positions are systematic work with personnel, development of internal training programs, and expansion of social practices. In particular, throughout the year, the company actively worked with youth, employing teenagers aged 16–17, and developed inclusive projects aimed at creating equal conditions for employees with different abilities.

Moreover, managerial programs came into focus: one of them — the format of partner store management — was made available not only to internal candidates but also to specialists with managerial experience from outside. Simultaneously, logistical infrastructure was expanded, creating additional jobs along with the opening of new distribution centers in the regions.

— Being included among the country«s best employers is a natural result of systematic work to create an environment where every employee, regardless of position, can develop in comfortable conditions. This achievement should be viewed not as an endpoint but as a powerful incentive for further growth and strengthening of leadership, — commented Olga Zhirnova, Director of Personnel Management and Organizational Development at the retail chain.

The top 10 of the HeadHunter employer ranking also included such major Russian companies as Alfa-Bank, VTB, SIBUR, Aeroflot, Yandex, Ozon, and MegaFon. The full list of participants is published on the platform hh.ru.

The HeadHunter best employers ranking has been compiled since 2010 and is considered one of the most authoritative tools for assessing company attractiveness in the Russian labor market. It is used as a benchmark for job seekers and employers when analyzing corporate practices and working conditions.
