In Omsk Oblast, the payment rules for managers, deputies, and chief accountants of medical institutions have been altered. The new regulations address salaries and the calculation of bonuses. The corresponding order was published on the regional health ministry«s website.

A key change involves the calculation of disciplinary penalties. Now, quarterly bonuses are not canceled entirely but only reduced. Moreover, any reduction cannot lower a manager«s total monthly salary by more than 20%.

Additionally, according to the document, a manager«s salary can be reviewed within a year if the volume of services provided by the institution under state assignments or in the compulsory health insurance system changes by more than 10% compared to the previous period. For managers of new institutions, salaries will be based on planned medical care volumes.

The document also clarified increasing coefficients for forensic medical examination bureaus. These coefficients now depend on the annual number of examinations conducted.

Salaries for cultural sector workers have been raised for 2026. It has been revealed how much they will receive.
