Average pension in Krasnodar Krai rises to 25,000 rubles
Insurance pensions in Russia were indexed by 7.6% from 1 January 2026. In monetary terms, this means an average increase of about 1,800 rubles ($20 at current rates).

The Social Fund provided data on the average pension payment in the southern Russian region.

The indexation occurred automatically for roughly 1.5 million residents of the region.
Consequently, the average pension in Krasnodar Krai now stands at 25,000 rubles (approx. $280), according to information provided to 93.RU by the regional branch of the Social Fund of Russia for Krasnodar Krai.
This year, the retirement age is 64 for men and 59 for women. To qualify for a pension, individuals also need a minimum of 15 years of service and at least 30 individual pension coefficients (IPCs).
