A plane flying from Tashkent to Vladivostok made an emergency landing in Krasnoyarsk. This was reported by the city«s airport.
It was reported that a Boeing 767-300 made an emergency landing due to technical reasons. It belongs to the airline Uzbekistan Airways. According to data from the airline«s website, the plane departed from Tashkent at 9:40 their time, about three hours ago, and was scheduled to land in Vladivostok at 21:40.
However, the aircraft landed in Krasnoyarsk at 14:46 local time. There were 122 passengers and crew members on board, and no information about injuries has been received by the airport yet.
The landing, according to the airport, proceeded normally, and passengers were ensured safety. All services were put on full alert, but the airport is operating in normal mode.
It is reported that the Krasnoyarsk transport prosecutor«s office is monitoring the observance of passengers» rights. They should receive a set of services due during flight delays — drinks and meals, possibly accommodation in a hotel. The aircraft has been temporarily suspended from operation.
Earlier, NGS24.RU reported that a plane operating a flight from Krasnoyarsk to Sochi returned to the departure airport. A technical fault was discovered in the aircraft.
