A brawl occurred at the Kant ski resort in Moscow. According to one visitor, slope staff attacked a snowboarder who had helped a child get up on the trail. They then beat him and threw him into the snow. Patrol service employees suspected the man of operating illegally on the slope.

“This is how the ski patrol works at Kant. It doesn«t matter if you»re an instructor or came with a girlfriend/boyfriend to learn. If you came to teach children to ski, it can end like this. Also, yesterday they kicked a child on the slope and hit a girl in the head,” the visitor complained.

According to footage published by one of the ski resort«s visitors, two slope employees threw a man into the snow and then attacked him. At that moment, a girl began shouting: “Help, please, someone! Do you see what they»re doing? They«re hitting his eyes. Well, two men! They»re standing and saying: «I»ll gouge your eyes out now.«”

Representatives of the ski slope stated that the video of the snowboarder«s beating is taken out of context, so it does not show the beginning of the conflict.

“The people featured in this video are unaccredited instructors illegally providing services on the resort«s territory. They have been violating the rules of the Kant sports complex for more than one season, namely conducting commercial lessons with their clients on our slopes, which is confirmed by their pages on well-known classifieds websites and on social media. Such actions are prohibited by the complex»s rules,” the press service of the complex said.

Additionally, according to the complex«s representatives, the instigators of the conflict were people who were training on the slope territory without permission.

“In response to requests from the ski patrol employees to stop violating the complex«s rules, they began to behave provocatively, instigated the conflict, and were the first to use physical force against our employees. In this situation, the patrol was forced to resort to self-defense,” clarified at Kant.
