Sirens Sound as Missile Danger Declared in Voronezh Region

Television broadcasts were cut off as part of the standard missile danger alert procedure in Voronezh Region.
Missile danger was declared in the Voronezh Region at 15:42 on Friday, January 30. Sirens immediately sounded in Voronezh.
Residents of the region are asked to find shelter while the danger is in effect. It is also advisable to turn off the gas, and in case of explosions — under no circumstances stay in a room with windows.
“If you are at home, you must take shelter in rooms without windows with solid walls. These are corridors, bathrooms, storerooms. If you are outside — enter the nearest building or suitable shelter,” explained Governor Alexander Gusev.
Residents of Voronezh were alerted about the threat not only by sirens. Television broadcasts were also interrupted — this is standard practice for missile danger.
