The Samara prosecutor«s office announced the first practical decisions after the emergency at kindergarten No. 58 on Galaktionovskaya Street, where the ceiling collapsed due to a hot water pipe burst.

A prosecutor arrived at the scene. It was decided to temporarily transfer 29 pupils of the preschool institution to another building of the kindergarten for the duration of restoration repairs. This will allow the educational process to continue uninterrupted and ensure the children«s safety.
The supervisory authority also reported that heating in the apartment building, on the first floor of which the kindergarten is located, has already been restored.
Recall that earlier 63.RU reported that a criminal case for negligence has already been initiated. The investigation is determining why recently repaired utilities failed, nearly leading to a tragedy. Interestingly, a major renovation was previously carried out in the building. The prosecutor«s office is monitoring the issues of restoring the kindergarten»s operation and fully eliminating the consequences of the accident.
