Infiniti driver attacks barrier and runs over pedestrian

On January 28, an incident involving the driver of an Infiniti QX70 occurred at the «Rassvetny» residential complex in Yekaterinburg. The man, trying to drive into the yard, broke a barrier and began threatening residents who attempted to stop him.
The driver of an Infiniti QX70 damaged a barrier and ran over a resident who was blocking his entry into the yard.
«Let me through, I won»t talk here. Get out of the way!« shouted the road hog.
One of the local residents stood in front of the car and replied: «Go ahead, run me over!»
The driver continued the insults: «Are you going to impose on me how I should live? You dumb donkey face. Who are you to forbid me?»
According to the rules established in the residential complex, entry to the territory is only possible with a key card, and parking is limited to no more than two hours.
The deputy chair of the homeowners association (HOA) reported that the driver ran over a resident who was trying to stop him. Neighbors gathered to explain the purpose of the rules to the violator, but he refused to listen, continuing to damage common property and ignore the decisions of the owners« meeting.
Residents held back the car for several hours to wait for the police. The arriving traffic police officers stated that they could not take measures and advised to go to court. The Yekaterinburg police have not yet commented on the situation.
