Southern Urals Launches Doctor Appointment Bot in MAX Messenger

A chat-bot for booking doctor appointments has been launched in the MAX messenger for Chelyabinsk Region residents. The regional Ministry of Health highlighted its key advantages.

A new chat-bot in the MAX messenger allows residents of the Chelyabinsk Region to book doctor appointments remotely.

In the Chelyabinsk Region, a chat-bot for booking doctor appointments has been launched in the MAX messenger. This was reported on Monday, 26 January, by the regional Ministry of Health.

The Ministry of Health listed several advantages of the new assistant:

Available 24/7. Appointments can be made at any convenient time, regardless of the clinic«s schedule.
The chat-bot is intuitive and will guide you step-by-step through the entire booking process. All you have to do is choose the right specialist and a convenient visit time.
The chat-bot works even when there is no connection, for example, in underground parking lots.
