On Monday, January 26, the regional Ministry of Health of Chelyabinsk Region announced the launch of a chatbot in the MAX messenger for booking doctor appointments.
The ministry highlighted several key advantages of the new assistant:
- 24/7 availability with no days off, allowing appointments to be made at convenient times regardless of clinic schedules.
- An intuitive interface that guides the user step-by-step through the process, requiring only the selection of a specialist and visit time.
- Ability to work without an internet connection, for example, in underground parking lots.
