On the morning of January 26 in central Rostov, a bus demolished a stop. According to eyewitnesses, buses No. 27 and 83 were racing. The authorities promised to restore the pavilion as soon as possible. According to the traffic police, when releasing the handbrake, the driver of bus No. 27 «caused a collision». The carrier—the owner of this bus—stated that the accident happened due to roads not cleared of snow. But Rostov officials denied this.
Assault on Schoolgirl
At school No. 1 in the stanitsa of Olginskaya near Rostov, a schoolboy hit a classmate against a door frame. This was caught on video, which the schoolchildren themselves spread online. According to bailiffs, two out of five markets were closed—«Bely Temer» and «Pervy Temer». Police and OMON arrived at the scene. Later, the governor stated that a huge amount of counterfeit and «low-quality products» passed through the market.
