Khabirov allocates land for a fruit and vegetable warehouse near Ufa

The authorities of Bashkortostan have provided 3.3 hectares of land in the village of Podymalovo near Ufa to «AgroVostok». This allocation was ordered by the head of the republic, Radiy Khabirov.

On this plot, the company plans to build a logistics complex for fruit and vegetable products. The construction of the center will require an investment of 600 million rubles (approximately $6.5 million at current rates). The warehouse area will be 15,000 square meters. As Khabirov«s administration previously reported, the project has been granted tax breaks.
According to the «Kontur.Fokus» service, «AgroVostok» is owned by Regina Kurbanagaleeva and Afig Godzhaev. The latter owns a larger share of the company. In 2024, the firm«s profit amounted to 4.9 million rubles (approximately $53,000 at current rates).
In addition to «AgroVostok», Godzhaev owns «Vkus Vostoka» LLC with a profit of only 10 thousand rubles (approximately $108 at current rates) and the fruit and vegetable wholesale company «Krokus» — which brings the owner 6.9 million rubles (approximately $75,000 at current rates) per year.
