Employees of the Center for Improving the Efficiency of State Property Use have begun demolishing illegal structures on Far Eastern Avenue. The work was initiated by the property control committee on January 30.

The site on Far Eastern Avenue where unauthorized retail and service buildings were constructed.

The demolition includes retail pavilions, a tire repair shop, and a printing house, which occupied a plot of city land without the necessary permits.

The area to be cleared is 3,000 square meters. The plot is located between Dybenko and Krilenko streets on the odd-numbered side of the avenue.

Previously, this land was leased by a company for organizing a parking lot, retail, auto service, production, and warehouses. After the lease expired, the tenant did not comply with the requirement to vacate the plot.

All structures will be demolished, and the costs of demolition will be borne by the owner of the objects.
