Everything you«ll need to make the salad: oyster mushrooms, carrots, fresh cucumber, onion, garlic, salt, sugar, vinegar, your favorite spices, and herbs.

“Shred the carrots, add three teaspoons of salt. When juice appears, place the boiled mushrooms on top, then add sliced onion over the mushrooms, and three cloves of garlic on top. Add black pepper, coriander, hot ground pepper, four teaspoons of sugar. Pour boiling oil over it, add two teaspoons of 70% vinegar, your favorite herbs, parsley, dill. Add fresh cucumber cut into matchsticks, mix. Let it marinate, and it«s ready! This is a typical salad of ethnic Koreans, but it»s very tasty!”

After shredding the carrots, layer the boiled oyster mushrooms on top as per the recipe.

Earlier, beautiful angler Valeria Fomina gathered a magnificent harvest of mushrooms in the Surovikinsky District. After fishing, she stopped by the forest and left with bags of row mushrooms and oyster mushrooms. Part of the harvested crop she salted in jars, and part went with fried potatoes.
