Vkusno i tochka fast-food set for Koshelev Park
The Samara Region«s construction authority has issued a compliance certificate for the restaurant, which is now built but awaiting an opening date.
A «Vkusno — i tochka» fast-food restaurant will be built near Koshelev Park. The Samara Region State Construction Supervision Authority announced this on its VKontakte page.
On January 22, 2026, a certificate of compliance was issued for the capital construction project with the design documentation requirements for the «Quick-service catering establishment along Severnoye Shosse Street.» The building is located in the Volzhsky District, in the urban-type settlement of Smyshlyayevka, according to the authority«s post.
The construction area covers 480 square meters, and the restaurant itself is 412.4 m2. The publication does not specify an opening date.
Another «Vkusno — i tochka» restaurant is planned to open at the intersection of Avrora and Maurice Thorez Streets. The Samara City Hall published an updated list of planned and ongoing investment projects, which includes this establishment.
