What you need:
500 g pumpkin;
2 tbsp honey;
50 g walnuts;
1 tsp cinnamon;
2 tbsp vegetable oil.
What to do:
Peel and cube the pumpkin, then place it on a baking sheet. Mix honey, cinnamon, and oil, then drizzle the mixture over the pumpkin. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Then bake the pumpkin in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25–30 minutes until tender. The dish of tender and aromatic pumpkin is ready.
Pumpkin Puree with Cottage Cheese
What you need:
400 g pumpkin;
200 g cottage cheese;
2 tbsp cream;
1 tbsp honey;
A pinch of cinnamon.
What to do:
Cut the pumpkin into cubes and boil until tender. Then puree the pumpkin with a blender, add cottage cheese, cream, honey, and cinnamon. Whip the ingredients until smooth. The dish is ready, enjoy your meal.
Cold Baked Pumpkin Appetizer
What you need:
500 g pumpkin;
Herbes de Provence to taste;
Salt, pepper to taste;
2 tbsp vegetable oil;
2 cloves garlic.
What to do:
Cut the pumpkin into large pieces 1.5–2 cm thick. Drizzle with vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and season with Herbes de Provence. Add grated garlic and mix well. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Cool before serving.
Pumpkin Pancakes with Cheese
What you need:
300 g pumpkin;
100 g hard cheese;
2 eggs;
100 g flour;
1 tsp baking powder;
Salt, pepper to taste;
Vegetable oil for frying.
What to do:
Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater. Add grated cheese, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix. Fry the pancakes in a heated skillet with oil until golden brown. The dish is ready, you can serve it to the table.
Pumpkin Juice with Apple and Carrot
What you need:
300 g pumpkin;
2 apples;
1 carrot;
1 tbsp lemon juice;
Honey to taste.
What to do:
Peel and chop the pumpkin, apples, and carrot. Run everything through a juicer. Add lemon juice and honey to taste. You can enjoy the pumpkin juice.
